Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm EST.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping and Processing Times:

Processing and Fulfillment:
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once the order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email and another email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Tracking Orders:
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped. This number can be used to track the delivery status through our website or the carrier’s website.

Once the order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen items.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address for all orders. If returned packages are due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
